Effective Date: May 15, 2025

These terms govern fees, invoicing, and payment for NanoMate’s modular SaaS platform.

  1. Fees & Invoicing
    • Subscription fees for each module (e.g., FinXmate, Crewmate) are set out in your Order Form.
    • Invoices are issued monthly primarily in LKR ,USD or Philippine peso and due within 30 days of issue.
    • All fees are non-refundable once invoiced, except under our Refund & Return Policy.
  2. Payment Methods
    We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved e-wallets. Payment instructions accompany each invoice.
  3. Late Payments & Suspension
    • Overdue amounts incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower.
    • Accounts unpaid after 45 days may be suspended; we will notify you 15 days before suspension.
  4. Taxes & Duties
    All fees exclude applicable taxes, levies, and duties. You are responsible for remitting any required taxes.
  5. Pricing Changes
    We may adjust pricing annually with 60 days’ notice. At renewal, you may accept the new rates or terminate without penalty.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions remain payable on time.
